Refund policy

Digital Proof Approval
Before any order is sent to print, you will receive a digital proof of your label for approval. Please review it carefully — once you approve a proof, we are not responsible for errors (including spelling, wording, or formatting) that match the approved proof.

Our Guarantee
We will replace or refund, at our discretion, any order that:

• Arrives damaged or defective
• Was printed incorrectly due to an error on our part (not matching your approved proof)
• Was lost or significantly delayed in transit due to a shipping carrier error

To report an issue, contact us at Priscilla@4thwatchlabels.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the affected labels. We'll work with you to make it right.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified only before they are approved for production. Once a proof has been approved and sent to print, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
